Restaurant Policy/ Questions

Can I book a table?

Yes we take bookings. For a party of 1 or 2 patrons you will be seated at the bar or Alfresco weather dependent. Parties of 3-10 people will be allocated a table in the restaurant. 

What is the maximum guest party?

Our largest party size is 10 guests. Reservations can not be combined to form larger parties. If you have a larger party please call us. 

How do I book a table?

Please use our Reservation Form on our reservation page.

When is my booking confirmed?

We will endeavour to contact you in advance of your reservation; however should we be unable to reach you, please call us or email us to confirm your booking 24 hours in advance at the minimum. We reserve the right to cancel your unconfirmed booking at our discretion and without notice otherwise.
If you leave a voice message, your booking will only be confirmed if you receive a call of confirmation.

Is there a turnover on tables at Sazio?

Our table turnover is 1.45 hours.

Is Sazio Kids friendly?

Yes, we love kids at sazio and we have kids options available on offer, When booking reservations, please include children & infants in the party size.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Most dietary and allergy requirements can be catered for. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any severe allergies.

Are pets allowed at Sazio?

Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant, excluding service dogs.
Pets are welcome in our Alfresco area.
 

Questions (FAQ) pasta shop

When can I place my order?

Orders can be placed from Tuesday to Friday before 5pm through our online store for next day pick up after 12pm

When will my order be ready?

The following day after 12 pm.

What if I need to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time prior to 10 am – the day before your delivery. Simply email info@sazio.co.nz with your order details and we will process your cancellation and refund.

How do I know my order has been processed?

You will receive a verification email from Sazio.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept payments via our online store. Unfortunately we cannot accept cash or cheque on delivery.

Where do I pick up my order from?

You can collect your order from SAZIO, at 215 Heretaunga Street East, Hastings.

I bought a voucher. Can I use it for Sazio's Larder?

Unfortunately we cannot process any vouchers through our online shop, but we look forward to welcoming you back into our restaurant where you can redeem your vouchers on the full Sazio Pasta Bar experience! Thank you for your support and understanding.
